We had to lower the number of people we can sleep. We can no longer rent the Apartment above the Garage. We Have our Final Permit #44. So now we can only sleep 12 that includes children under 2. We are very strict on this number now. If we don't follow the new rules they can take our permit away from us. There is a Mountain View outside every window. We are a 15 minute walk from Downtown Leavenworth. Three Bedroom suites with their own bathrooms. Master Upstairs and 2 Suites Downstairs and a Family Room that has a hide bed and a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses. Great floor plan for multiple families. Hiking trails right outside the door. Cross Country Ski Trails Close. Hot tub with a view on the deck. The Wenatchee River is across East Leavenworth Road. This House is great for Family Gatherings , Yoga Retreats, Business Meetings. It’s all about the location with this house. You will access to the House with a Key Code. We live with in eye sight of the house and are available for any questions, problems that you would need. We are across Hwy 2 from Safeway . We are across East Leavenworth Road to access the wenatchee river . Walking distance into town. We have room for 5 vehicles only, easy access to house. WE ONLY ALLOW PEOPLE 30 YEARS AND OLDER TO BOOK THIS HOUSE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE- NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON HAVING A PARTY OF ANY KIND THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. No Bachelorette or Bachelor parties at all. We Live in the Neighborhood. No Small Weddings, Elopements allowed.
