Summary: This unit has a full kitchen, stocked with everything you need to make family meals, a washer and dryer to clean your clothes, bedding, or towels after a long day hiking among the beautiful red rocks, and a large living room to accommodate the whole family when you feel like kicking back and watching TV at the end of the day. The Space: The Penthouse suite has premium pillow-top mattresses, a large kitchen, unique secure Wi-Fi access, and three smart TVs with Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu Plus, and satellite radio. If you bring the little one along, the suite has a portable crib for a child under 40 lbs and is available upon request. It has a king, king, and 2 Double/twin Bunks, allowing your group to sleep a maximum of 10 guests. This suite is located on the top floor, with a perfect view. Don't worry about noise from above with my penthouse. We are right in St. George near Tuacahn Theater, Dixie State University, and across the street from the best trails in the area! We have a large outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball, and pickleball courts. Estancia Resort is St. George's newest resort. This luxury suite has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a balcony with a BBQ grill, and amazing views! We are right in St. George near Tuacahn Theater, Dixie State University, and across the street from the best trails in the area! The Neighborhood: St George, Green Valley Getting Around: You definitely want a car. Other Things to Note: There is no assigned parking, and there are no driveways or garages. Please use designated community parking stalls for all parking needs. Interaction with Guests: I provide a first complimentary amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper but once it's gone you'll need to buy or bring your own.
