The resort fee, which is imposed by property owners' associations at the resort, will be collected at the time of check-in. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. (ADD) Free parking for one vehicle per unit in our garages; additional vehicles can park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage (connects to resort via overhead covered walkway; FEE). We are unable to provide parking for boats or trailers in the parking garage. All one-bedroom suites only provide a hallway view. This is a non-smoking resort. This resort is a mixed-use facility. The resort's common areas, gym, and garage are not managed by Travel + Leisure Co., so your experience may vary between areas of the resort. Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercostal views. Views are not guaranteed. The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subject to unexpected closures. For questions and concerns, please contact the resort. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations. During your stay Guests can communicate via the app prior to arrival for any reservation questions or inquiries. When you arrive, you'll be able to check-in with the resort front office team. Once on property, communication will be held with the resort directly. You can use the phone in your room to contact the on-property team for any in house requests. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
