Across the hall there is 1 Twin and 1 Double bed with a TV and PS4: Jack & Jill bathroom and PS4! With games and bean bags, kids are sure to have a blast no matter what the weather is! In the living room there are two full sofa sleepers so you can surround yourself with your friends and family for your Southern Utah vacation! Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in but is not limited to, a $300 fine. Additional Information: UPON ARRIVAL: You will not need to check-in anywhere. Go directly to your condo and enter the code provided in your final confirmation, After entering code turn knob on the keypad to the right. To lock the door, push the oblong button at the top of the keypad and turn keypad knob to the left. Please remember you are in someone’s home and someone else’s neighborhood. Please respect them by not disrupting the neighboring homes by entering their yards, riding ATVs in or on their driveways, yelling, using profane language, revving motors, etc. House Rules are in the condo. Please read them CAREFULLY. Las Palmas pools are open Monday - Thursday 9 am - 9 pm, Friday and Sat 9 am - 10 pm To use Green Valley Passes take the Las Palmas pool card (it is large with unit # on it) next door to the Green Valley Resort. Enter through the Clubhouse glass doors, go straight ahead and out the back through the glass doors. In front and to the right of you will be a pool house. Go inside and show the receptionist your pool card. They will get you logged in and you are on your way to having fun! You will have 6 passes per day, any additional is $5 per person. Garbage: Please make sure that your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated waste bins. There is a $35 charge for any excessive garbage needing to be hauled off by Red Sands. To access the additional amenities, let the attendant at the desk know your condo number. They will let you right in.
