Located in a nice neighborhood just 5 minutes from the beautiful Granbury square with shops, live theatre and fine restaurants. Indoors you will be dazzled by the views and enjoy Resort style pillow top beds with fine bedding and plush bath towels with Do Terra Spa products and fresh coffee. Huge deck at eye level with the most beautiful deep open water in the lake. Great outdoor night lighting. Livingroom with modern furniture faces double glass doors with lakeview and a cozy wood burning fireplace ready to light. 3 bedrooms with super comfy beds and cotton bedding. Bathroom has tub/shower with grab bar and plenty of soft fresh colorful towels. The kitchen is well equipped and there is dining seating indoors and outdoors with a new gas Weber outdoor grill. The den has 2 loveseats and a 56 in TV with Roku and a 100 gal fish aquarium. Plenty of plush outdoor lawn for recreation and a private boat dock for fishing, floating and just relaxing on the open water. Guests have full use of the 3/4 acre private yard peninsula , dock, deck, boat ramp ,outdoor furniture and the entire 3 bedroom 1 bath house. Garage is not accessible to guests. The only visible neighbors are across the lake! I live in Granbury and respond quickly to questions by phone or text. I usually set guests up for self check in and communicate only if needed once guest confirms upon arrival that all looks good. It is a quiet culdesac neighborhood... feel free to take an evening stroll around the lake through the neighborhood. We are just 5 min off the main highway with lots of shopping and dining. Private vehicle is best form of transportation ... parking is never a worry. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. No fireworks. firearms must be left in locked vehicle. No confetti on lawn. Please don’t feed the geese. Park ONLY in front of the 6 blue parking signs. No driving under trees or up by water or dock etc. The driveway is lawn so please wear comfortable shoes and be aware of possible sink holes along water, stickers or ants… though we diligently treat for all of the above.
