Downham Hall B&B with beautiful rooms

A stunning 400 year old home in a country setting, we have 5 rooms in our bed and brekfast. The property is very highly specified in rolling countryside but only 1.5 miles from a major town and within easy reach of some great little villages. A small child can also be accommodated in the rooms with a travel cot and bedding provided or larger child for a little extra in our blue, family room The space Downham Hall is operating as a bed and breakfast and also as an event venue. It is located in a rural setting surrounding by fields and a farm on all sides. There is a private track to enter and plenty of parking. The gardens are large too so plenty of places to sit. We are close to major towns of Wickford, Billericay, Basildon, Chelmsford and more. Major roads in the vicinity are the A127, A12, A130 which give fast access to the M25. Guest access The grounds offer many different places to sit including a sun trap patio, raised decking area, seating overlooking the cows field, another patio area overlooking the thames estuary and others within the grounds. Other things to note We are a young family so have plenty of toys to loan to guests. We also have chickens to stroke, gardens to run around in and understanding hosts! Cows are also nearby to sit and admire. Christina is a local from the area so can provide plenty of ideas and recommendations for places to visit and things to do.
