My place is 10 min to Windham ski resort and 15 min to Hunter. There are multiple State parks and hiking trails that Catskills can offer. Free shuttle service to Ski Windham during the ski season. The space This is our family's home away from home. We mostly use it in the summer and once in a while for skiing. Having kids who are always busy with sports means the house ends up sitting vacant a lot. Therefore we would like to offer this home for you to enjoy as much as we do. This home was finished in 2014 with all the high-end features such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. This is a 4 bedroom condo that has 3 and a half baths and is located 3 miles from Windham Mountain Resort. Hunter mountain is about 15 min drive. There are numerous kicking trail heads and State parks for all season enjoyment. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4 people and a table that seats 6 people. A stone fireplace, Youtube TV, DVD, and Wifi are all included, along with a front load full size Washer/Dryer. There is a shuttle service to Windham Mountain on weekends and holidays. The shuttle operates between 8 am to 5 pm. It sleeps 8. No Smoking and No Pets. All of the bedrooms have QUEEN beds, and additional twin bed in bedroom #3. Guest access Lock box Other things to note -We do not provide toiletries. -We don’t replenish consumables, such as paper towel, napkins, dish soap and toilet paper. There is a market about 1 mile west on route 23 that you will find most of consumable you may need.
