Villa Solaria is 800m2 big and it is consist of: - Living Room equipped with big and comfortable Sofas, flat screen TV etc... - Fully equipped Kitchen with all elements which is suitable for long and short stays - Dining Area from where you will have access to big Terrace and Garden where the Pool is located - Private Pool is surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor furniture, Dining area for 12 People etc... - On upper level of Villa you will find Bedrooms that exude with luxury and style. Above this level there is rooftop. - On rooftop you can enjoy in sunrises while drinking morning coffee or romantic sunsets with favourite glass of wine. From roof top you will have a view over sea and horizont. - We must not forget to mention the indoor pool with sauna and steam bath, which will provide you with maximum enjoyment even on rainy and cold days. - On the level below the Living Room you will find big and secured garage suitable for cars. - Also there you will find fully equipped One Bedroom Apartment with all amenities. - In the house, in addition to all of the above, you can find: GYM, Wine Room with nice selection of wine, Laundry Room etc...
