STUDIO LIBERTY APT. is on the 1st floor of the Majestic Jewel. It was originally part of the bank lobby! It has a private kitchen, bedroom with QUEEN SIZE, small area for TV viewing and a full bath. Perfect for long term or short term rentals. Opens up to the Hospitality Lobby. Additional 6 suites available for rental! TO SEE OTHER SUITES IN OUR HOME, PLEASE GO TO OUR OWNER PROFILE. Please note that the Studio is our ONLY pet friendly rental. The space This studio was built in the old bank lobby which is attached to the backside of our historical home! The bedroom is actually the former Presidents office! We spilt the lobby in half and left the vault, teller counter & drive thru as a quirky reminder of this homes history. Guest access Grand Salon, Dining Room, Hospitality Lobby and Wrap Around Veranda Other things to note Studio Apt guests receive the same amenities as the guests in the 5 suites in the original part of our home. Complimentary self-serve coffee & tea station, cold drinks & bottle water, snacks & light breakfast foods are available in the Hospitality Lobby. The Studio is pet friendly! We welcome one well behaved pet under 60 Lbs. with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed in other areas of the Majestic Jewel.
