“Mable’s Place” is a historic beach cottage within walking distance of the Gulf of Mexico. This quaint 2 bedroom cottage has a quiet backyard surrounded by native Palm trees and equipped with a grill & Patio seating. This is a clean and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 4. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two twins. There is also a lanai (sunroom) with TV & DVD player. There is a flat screen TV equipped with Roku capabilities in the main Family Room. “Mable’s Place” is located on the north end of the island, in the tranquil Longbeach Village; one block from the Sarasota bay, with Whitney Beach being a block in the opposite direction. It is not uncommon to view dolphin and manatee if you watch carefully. Monthly rentals run from November thru March.
