During this time, the pool will be closed.*** The All-New Summer House on Romar Beach has recently undergone a beautiful refresh, featuring both structural and cosmetic upgrades to the building. Guests will notice fresh exterior updates, improved common areas, and thoughtful enhancements throughout the property - all designed to elevate the comfort and experience of staying at this beloved Orange Beach destination. Summer House 1402A is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo with incredible views from the 14th floor. Unit Features: • Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom • Wood tile flooring is throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining area seats six with two additional barstools • Washer and dryer are inside the unit • Living area has a sleeper sofa • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom has a king-size bed • Third bedroom features two queen-size beds • Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out • Guests are provided a maximum of two parking passes upon arrival.
