While we want all of our guests to have a great time, a quick reminder on the standard policies for this property: - Primary Renter Must Be At Least 30 Yrs of Age - lease and drivers license will be required - No Events/Large Gatherings (e.g. weddings, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, etc); a $500 fine will be assessed if evidence of an event or gathering is found - This Property is Not Pet Friendly - No Smoking - Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times by staying on the property and observing noise restrictions between 10:30 PM and 8AM - This property is best suited for up to 6 adults and 5 children - Daytime maximum number of guests should not exceed the number of guests confirmed in the booking - If evidence of pets, smoking, or unapproved guests are found, there will be a $500 fine assessed Note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing out along with a camera facing the back entry basement door.
