Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The space Built in 1935, this home has been updated with a few touches while maintaining its original layout. Newly added is a mother in law studio suite with its own kitchen and bath. Each space has its own portable or wall AC system. Enjoy being able to walk to all the downtown nightlife, shops, eateries, and entertainment. Lake Eola is only a 5-8min walk from the property or pickup an E bike or scooter to get around easily. We have a bus stop across the street and are surrounded by several parks. Master Bedroom - Full/Double bed sleeps 2. Has a walk in closet and is equipped with a Roku wall mounted TV. Bedroom 1 - Trundle bed with 2 single beds (slide out). Sleeps 2. Bedroom 3 - Office/den. Fully setup to receive remote workers. Sunroom - Located off the entryway and has seating overlooking the side lawn. Kitchen - Fully stocked kitchen. Gas Stove, full size refrigerator and plenty of cabinet, shelving and storage space. High top table for 2. Living room - equipped with sofa, seating, coffee table and roku tv. Bathroom 1 has standup shower. Mother in law suite studio: This space is connected and privately setup so you can stay with the group but have your own space. It is equipped with a full bed, 1 full bath w standup shower, kitchenette with semi mini fridge, cooktop 2 burner stove, space to sit and hang out, roku tv and a table top to eat w seating for 2. Pet Friendly (Pets 25lbs or less) ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of $1k (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.
