Lake Pokegama is a large premier recreational lake with sandy beaches, several public islands, clear water and depths as deep as 110 feet in some areas (great for fishing). Cabin amenities are: 2 full size beds, one queen, a full size pull-out futon; 2 large decks; beautiful full view of lake; sandy, private swimming beach; two outdoor fire pits; 4 kayaks; 1 canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards; swimming/diving platform. Property approximately 8 miles from downtown Grand Rapids, offering a wide variety of attractions, shopping and dining. There are two excellent boat-in restaurants on the lake; Zorbas specializes in pizza and the Pickled Loon offers a wide variety of entrees. Dogs are welcome. Diving platform has lower and higher diving board. Room is available on dock for boat tiedown Boat rentals are available at the local marinas (pontoon boats are very popular on this lake)..
