Steps away is the Guest Cottage with a sitting rm, bath, and Qn bedroom. *Sorry, NO PETS. This is a monthly rental property. The space Creme Carmel is only 4 blocks to Ocean Avenue and 12 blocks to the Beach! Relax in the back yard with lovely clay wood burning chimineas, or BBQ on your choice of gas or coal BBQs. Creme Carmel is located on a corner lot on a very quiet street, yet everything you want to experience, whether restaurants, beach, shopping, wine tasting, or golf is within a short walk or drive! You will also have access to our beach chairs and umbrellas. **Available for monthly rental in accordance with local residential rules. ***Please Note - this is a no pet property; no exceptions.*** Also, please, no smoking inside the main house and guest cottage. This cheerful and single-level property includes a main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a detached guest cottage that has a bedroom, bathroom, and a sitting room which could double as an additional bedroom. Both dwellings feature vaulted open beam ceilings, skylights, wavy glass windows, and many other charming architectural details for a truly days-gone-by and authentic Carmel feel. Sited on a sunny lot in a peaceful neighborhood of low-traffic streets yet convenient to town and beach for a slower pace that is close to all the fun of Carmel and the fabulous, spectacular, and magical Monterey Peninsula! Guest access You will have access to the all areas of the main house, yard, and guest cottage with the exception of the owners closet. Other things to note Carmel has water restrictions so we ask that you conserve water. Kindly turn down heat and turn off lights at night and when you are out. Our max guest capacity is six people, including children. Pls sort your trash: garbage, recycle, and greens. Garbage pickup day is Wednesday. Put out trash Tuesday evening. Note that we have four outdoor security cameras. Reason is there have been trespassing and car break-in incidents in the area, including our property and car. This is a no pet property, no exceptions.
