Check-in is self-guided via lockbox for easy arrival. You’ll receive clear instructions before your stay. The property is fully private. The backyard is shared only visually with the carriage house on the property, but all guest spaces inside the main home are yours to enjoy. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request. Other things to note This is a historic home, thoughtfully remodeled with modern comforts. Like most older homes, you may notice some character and charm that comes with its age. The home is located on a quiet residential street close to downtown. You’ll be near restaurants, nightlife, and city events, but evenings are generally calm and quiet. We live on the property in a separate carriage house and may briefly access the backyard to let our dogs out. Interaction is always optional and we’re mindful of guest privacy. The hot tub is professionally serviced and cleaned regularly. Please follow posted guidelines so it stays enjoyable for everyone. The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
