The lakefront includes 2 kayaks, firepit area, cornhole set, drop in boat ramp, PWC floating dock and boat dock. The dock has cleats for tie-up on both sides and has water levels of around 4ft deep. This 2-story cottage has 2 queen bedrooms upstairs (+1 includes full size futon) and large bathroom all with lake views. The first floor has a twin over twin bunk bedroom, full bathroom, 8-person dining table, living room with seating for 6, renovated kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. High speed WIFI is enabled throughout the house, upstairs bedrooms include 2 SmartTVs and downstairs living room has a 55" SmartTV. Kitchen comes equipped with full stove, dishwasher, both drip coffee maker & Keurig, blender, crock pot, toaster, can opener, microwave and full array of utensils, pots\pans.
