One to two parking spaces in the courtyard. 🌳 Alex's Annex, approximately 29 m², is on one level and adjoins my house, where I live. I keep a low profile. 🍀Living room (bay window and electric roller shutter), dining area and equipped kitchenette: countertop fridge, mini oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. 📺 24-inch HD TV; sometimes a few channels are temperamental. 🛋️Sofa bed that can occasionally be used as an extra bed for a small person. Let me know when booking so I can provide the linens. Of course, it doesn't offer the same level of comfort as an actual bed. 🚻 Separate toilet (tilt-and-turn window) with macerator system. 🛌Bedroom open to the living room, equipped with a 160 cm queen-size bed of French quality, Duvivier brand, for great comfort. 🌀 A pedestal fan is available in season. 👔 Iron and mini ironing board for your events or business trips, so you can look your best ✨ (the iron is under the sink and the ironing board is in the kitchen cabinet at the bottom right). 🚿Bathroom open to the bedroom with hair dryer and hair straightener. 🌳Garden area on the west side for relaxation and meals. 🧺Bed, bath and dish linens are provided. 🛜Fiber Wi-Fi available via QR code. 🚩Quiet neighborhood close to the Renaissance city center (about a 15-minute walk). 🚌 2 free bus lines (Guinefolle stop) connecting the city center, the Hyper U shopping area or the Leclerc shopping area with one transfer. Please do not throw anything but toilet paper in it. 🔥The heating is locked for your comfort. Please turn off the fuse located in the bathroom at the end of your stay.
