Brand new and tastefully furnished, with attention to detail, modern colors, and high-quality accessories this apartment is perfect for couples looking for functional and high-standard accommodation, as well as for a group of friends enjoying the cozy and luxurious space. All guests have access pool. The space Our guests always appreciate the outdoor pool, as well as the private parking spot. This stylish apartment is approximately 50 m2 plus a 15 m2 balcony with a pool view and it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. All rooms of the apartment have Air Conditioning and heating and free high-speed WiFi. In addition, there is a flat-screen smartTV with international channels and a safety box. The cozy living room comprises a double sofa bed, LCD TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs. From here there is access to the well-equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, oven, toaster, and cooking utensils. Guests are welcomed with a few free drinks for refreshment. Guest access They access the pool even during colder weather because we heat the pool all year long. On the top of the house, there is a huge terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea.
