Sleeping area with 2 double beds (140 × 190) + 2 single beds (90 × 180) (for up to 6 people). Modern bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet. Living room: dining area, lounge area with sofa and TV. Fully equipped kitchen: 5-ring hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Terrace with garden furniture. Air conditioning. The space This cottage is located within an estate consisting of 10 independent cottages. The swimming pool, the grounds and certain outdoor areas are therefore common areas shared with the other guests on the estate. The Mexique cottage can accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The upstairs sleeping area is accessible via a staircase. It is important to clarify that the metal structure on the first floor does not constitute a suitable safety barrier for young children. It is part of the structure of the accommodation and should not be considered as protection against falling. For this reason, the upper floor is not suitable for young children left alone or unattended. There is a risk of falling if a child plays, climbs or tries to pass between the metal parts. Children must therefore remain under the constant supervision of adults at all times, especially on the stairs, upstairs, near the pool and in outdoor areas.
