Outside you can unwind and enjoy the heated swimming pool with attached spa that is fully automated with a new pool heater. Sit back on the lounge chairs or dine outdoors overlooking the tranquil Foote Canal. Don't forget that there is a grill for easy living. They will be following all of the CDC sanitation guidelines. There will be a minimum of 24 hours in between reservations. Maintenance will only come to the home if there is an Emergency issue. If they need to enter the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the home while they are there. There will only be towels and linens supplied for the number of guests listed on the reservation. All extra pillows, linens, couch pillows, spices, etc will be removed. There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed. *only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the home, unless you have received written permission from the owner This property is zoned single family residential and is not offered for rented for less than 7 days per the City of Cape Coral Code Ordinance. Guest access Entire Home Other things to note Any additional guests or visitors to the home not listed on the reservation must be approved by the owner All towels, linens, beach towels, kitchen pots & pans, dishes,etc are provided. There is an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, hand soap & laundry detergent. The guest will be responsible for providing their own consumables for their stay (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc).
