This is a very well kept home and has an open spacious feel with all the amenities. TV"s in the two main areas with Prime, Netflix and Disney, (to log into). Very kid friendly. No Pets allowed at this property but do at my other home. The space This home has a spacious sunroom which leads to the back patio with garden views and has a TV and small dining area, The main bedroom which is a queen is directly off of the sunroom and bathroom, second room with two twin beds and the living room area with a pull-out couch. The kitchen is between the sunroom and the dining room. Guest access You will be able to access all areas, a front and a back door and the front door has a key lock to let you and your guest in. Other things to note NO pets allowed or smoking on property as I am allergic to pet dander and smoking. NO late-night parties or events. We require a $300 security deposit for incidentals for property security damage protection. it is refundable and will be returned after checking out.
