The View @ Yuba Shores Estates The home away from home for adventurers. Join us at our family lake house to enjoy the beautiful views and landscape of Yuba Lake State Park. With eight bedrooms, two deck-side hot tubs, ADA accessible spaces, a private beach and more, we've built our home to be enjoyed by adventurers of all ages. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Utah, we're the perfect home base for any adventure. The space This home was built just for you. We live close to the property and can be made available to assist you during your stay, but you'll have the place to yourself! Enjoy a fully operational kitchen, multiple common spaces, WiFi, private rooms, 8-man hot tubs, and more. We truly intended for this to be a home away from home, and have provided all of the necessities for you to enjoy. This is a private property and you will have access to the entire home, private beach, and surrounding wilderness area. You are also within a 3-minute drive of Yuba Lake State Park and other recreational areas. Before check-in, we will be sure to let you know some of our favorite trails, activities, and ice-cream joints that we enjoy when we stay at the property. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, parking spots out front, RV pad with full hookups, backyard, and private beach. The garage on the property is not available for use by guests. Other things to note We are happy to answer any questions you might have about our home! We've got everything from WiFi and smart TV's to hot tubs to BBQ's, to a fully stocked kitchen, pool table, and more. Plenty of accommodations for the young and old, including an ADA bathroom, children’s dishes, a high chair, 1 Pack n Play and lots of toys and games. Can't wait to have you stay!
