Finca Vidandrei "Casa Mazahua" Guadalupe Valley

Casa Mazahua has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds, a full kitchen with an oven, 2 full bathrooms, a private outdoor patio with a shower and tub, a living/dining room, a gym and a terrace with a view of the Sierra Blanca and the Lomita winery with a Weber gas grill, sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs. It has AC and heating in each bedroom, in the living room and in the gym, coffee bar, 58" TV, SKY, Wifi, electric street access door, bicycles and many more things. The space Casa Mazahua is given for up to 6 people. We are located 200m from the restaurant LA CUCINA DE DONA ESTELA, 100 m from Lomita Vinícola Mexicana, restaurant LUNARIO and 100 m from horse rental for walks. Our accommodation allows pets (Pet Friendly) but there is an additional charge of $25 dllrs per pet per night that must be paid for the cash upon arrival. Guest is liable for any damage his pets may cause to the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. This must be notified prior to arrival. Throughout the property which is 1.5 hectares, we only have 2 houses and they are 100m apart from each other. There is enough space to park several cars in front of the house. The Sand Volleyball court and the fire pit located right away from the pool are common areas. Guests of both houses can make use of them. The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests at Casa Mazahua. However, due to the cold weather the pool will be closed from October 1 to June 1. Parties and meetings with external visitors are not allowed. The property is for the exclusive use of our guests, unless authorized by the owner. Additional guests at the 6 allowed in the house require prior authorization. The house and property is for the whole family. The pool is for the exclusive use of Casa Mazahua guests. Guests at Casa Eucalipto cannot use the pool. The pool is 9 x 18 feet and 4 feet deep and has a terrace around it, 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs with 1 coffee table and 2 parasols. Pool hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Every day except Sunday, the chemical levels are checked, vacuumed and cleaned. If you use the fire pit in the common area and in the private patio of the bedroom, it is your responsibility to turn it off with water. You can use water from the pool on the common fire pit. If they arrive and guests from the other house, turn it off is the responsibility of the last ones to retire, not from those who took it unless otherwise agreed between you. Please do not pour the firewood in excess. Avoid very high flares.
