Casa Mazahua has 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, a full kitchen with an oven, 2 full bathrooms, a private outdoor patio with a shower and a bathtub, a living/dining room, a gym and a terrace with a view of the Sierra Blanca and Lomita Vinícola with a gas grill, sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs. AC account and heating in each bedroom, in the living/dining room and in the gym, coffee bar, 58"flat screen TV,SKY, Wifi, electric street access door, bicycles and many more things. The space Casa Mazahua is for up to 6 people. We are located 200m from the RESTAURANT LA Cucucucina DE DONA ESTELA, 100 m from Lomita Vinícola Mexicana, LUNARIO restaurant and 100 m from horse rental for walks. Our accommodation allows pets (Pet Friendly) but there is an additional charge of $25 per pet per night which must be paid cash upon arrival. The guest is liable for any damage his pets may cause to the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. This must be notified prior to your arrival. In the entire property which is 1.5 hectares, we only have 2 houses and they are 100 m apart from each other. There is enough space to park several cars in front of the house. The sand volleyball court and the fire pit located next to the pool are common areas. Guests of both houses can make use of them. The pool is for the exclusive use of our Casa Mazahua guests. However, due to the cold weather the pool will be closed from October 1 2023 to June 1 2024. Parties and gatherings with external visitors are not allowed. The property is for the exclusive use of our guests, except with the prior authorization of the owner. Guests additional to the 6 allowed in the house require prior authorization. The house and property is for the whole family. As a security measure by Covid19 to keep social distancing, the pool is for the exclusive use of Casa Mazahua guests. Guests of Casa Eucalipto may not use the pool unless you state that you are not interested in using it. The pool measures 9 x 18 feet and is 4 feet deep and features a terrace around it, 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs with 1 coffee table and 2 umbrellas. It has a light inside the water to be used at night. Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. Every day except Sunday, chemical levels are checked, aspirated and cleaned. If you use the stove in the common area and in the private courtyard of the bedroom, it is your responsibility to put it out with water. You can use water from the pool on the common fire pit. There is a bucket immediately from the stove to drink the water that is necessary. If you arrive and guests from the other house, shutting it down is the responsibility of the last to retire, not of those who set it on fire unless otherwise agreed between you. Please don't throw too much firewood into the fire. Avoid very high flares.
