Recently updated with all the modern conveniences. Relax on the front porch, take a nap in the hammock, unwind in one of many adirondack chairs by the fire pit or take in lake views from the rear porch. There are two Primary bedroom/ bathroom suites- one on the 1st floor and one on the second. A queen sized bed outfits the 3rd bedroom, and the 4th bed/bunk room has a twin over a full bed. A pull out sofa is offered on the 1st floor family room. The kitchen has everything you'd expect at home. The baths are fully set up with soaps, shampoos and towels. There are tons of beach towels as well in the 2nd floor linen closet. The dining room opens to the kitchen with a massive harvest table where the meals, card games and conversation will be talked about for years. The entire home is yours! Enjoy the landscaped front and rear yards. The large driveway can fit 5 cars. Our rear patio has bbq grill, 4 chairs and iron umbrella table. 6 Adirondack chairs surround a fire pit with loads of firewood. I don't live too far away from this home. I inspect everything every time a quest moves in so there should be no worries. But I'm a phone call away if the need arises. Everything is so convenient. Walk to the beach in a minute, walk to the park in under a minute, walk to get your morning coffee at Starbucks is only a few minute walk. Shop 'til you drop and walk home. Leave your car in the driveway. Public transportation in Lake Geneva is a little slim... but with our location there really is no need! Leave your car in the driveway! 6 beach passes come with the home. A red wagon helps with the trips down to the beach. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs and some beach toys are in the mud room for your use.
