Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience. What to Expect: You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 8th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown. Located in the nicest complex in New Smyrna Beach, this brightly decorated unit with all of the best features of home is just a few steps to the beach! King bed in master bedroom and queen in guest bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Guest access you will be able to access everything for your beach stay including the gas grills, pools and cabana Other things to note - Quiet time is between 10pm-9am - Pool closes at dusk - Please rinse off sand from beach toys and boogie boards before bringing back into the unit.
