One of 3 family/pet friendly suites at Crooked Tree. The others are The Pine and The Fir. Nestled on a 10-acre property on the eastern hillside, we are 10 min to Penticton and 15 to Naramata. Come to stay! The space Crooked Tree Guest Suites (3 suites) is nearby to so many things to do in this beautiful South Okanagan paradise that it is difficult to name them all. A few are; wineries, arts + culture, bike/hike/walk routes, lakes + beaches, casual + fine dining, sports + recreation fun . . . the list goes on and on! All types of travellers - couples, singles, business folks, families, groups - will be happy at Crooked Tree . . . and we're pet friendly too! We offer fabulous lake + sunset views, total comfort, privacy, quiet, tons of amenities, a fully equipped kitchen (and BBQ) . . . everything! Crooked Tree Guest Suites is nestled on a 10-acre property on the eastern hillside above the Naramata Bench. A five-minute drive down the hill gets you to Naramata Road (along which there are about 40 wineries - the highest concentration of wineries in an area in this whole region), we are about 10 minutes from Penticton and about 15 or so to Naramata Village. In the cover picture you will see 3 levels to the building. We, your hosts, live in the lower level and the three suites are above; one and one-half floors each (entry level and loft level), side-by-side. Each of our three suites is 1200 square feet over 2 levels and has 3 decks (2 on the view orientation, 1 is the entry patio), may sleep up to 6 people (king bedroom and a queen sofa-bed on the entry level - queen bed and a double sofa-bed on the loft level - queen-sized, inflatable, travel bed that, when used, is set up in the loft level), has a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ, a main (4-pce) bathroom with a dual-head shower and an air-jetted tub, a powder room (2-pce bath), Wi-Fi, Google Home Mini, TV, Satellite, DVD Player (about 150 movies are in the Library), etc. etc. and there are guest use laundry facilities. Families and groups of friends - or two couples - find the arrangement ideal but there are some that may desire/require more privacy and decide to book their own suite when traveling with a group. Occasionally we will have large groups book all 3 suites (or 2) for the same time period so that everyone can stay together at the same place with the option for sub-groups to have their own space + quiet time if needed. Guest access You'll have an entire, large, two-level, three-deck square foot space to yourself --- you may wander to grounds of our 10-acre property --- there are chairs set up at 'view corner' where you may sit and look straight up Okanagan Lake --- there is a guest use laundry/library space --- you could walk the neighbourhood loop or wander the road, next door, to visit our neighbour's horses.
