In addition, softeners have been added as well to help bring the well water to comparable city water levels & the water is free of any smells and is drinkable purity - NOTE: Please note that this historic property and its 170 years in existence might have a few quirks not present in most modern newly built homes. For this reason, there are on-ground caretakers to tend to anything that might require attention. The caretakers (Mario & Rosa) live in a separate building on-site. They may be present during your stay, but they try to be out of sight while guests are in residence to maintain privacy and optimal guest experiences
