Rental includes: Main home + apartment attached to the main home, with it's own separate entrance. There is no shared entrance/doorway between the house and apartment (think carriage house, but attached to the back of the main home). SPECIAL NOTE: Any spring break rental request will be fully vetted and limited to related family members. Chaperoned groups will not be allowed. Spring Break capacity will be limited to 10 people only. All names and ages must be included on request. Sorry for this extra step, but I care about the renters experience and I care about the house. Maximum capacity: 12 total people. 10 in Main House (3 BR + Bunkroom) and 2 in apartment.
