Join us and relax at our gorgeous beachside 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in the Sandpiper division. Private beach access available for our guests and Big Store is a few minutes away. Perfect for families enjoying the ocean breezes and a stocked kitchen for delicious meals or fire up the propane grill for food, drinks, and sunsets. Outdoor space includes plenty of seating around the bar/firepit 🏖

Our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is custom built, perfect for families and friends that can comfortably sleep 13 guests.

The primary room has a king size bed along with a cute area for morning coffee/tea. Our second room has a queen size bed along with a bunk bedroom, perfect fit for a family. The last room has two pairs of twin bunk beds for a perfect fit for 4. For additional guests, we have a pull out couch in the living room along with a single bed cot. There is ample space for friends and family to enjoy comfortably.

From an essentials perspective, we provide

- initial supply of trash bags

- 1 roll of paper towel

-2 rolls of toilet paper

-4-6 coffee pods on the dual Keurig machine (pods and drip)

-dishwasher pods

-hand soap

-laundry pods (up to 3 loads)

Our kitchen is the highlight of the house as we know the best times are centered around food and drinks. We have all the kitchen essentials (pots/pans, kitchenware, appliances, dinnerware, etc); everything there for the family chef to curate a perfect meal.

Exterior wise, there is ample patio furniture on the upper deck for the family to view sunset/sunrise while hearing the waves crash. We have a propane grill outside if you want to heat up the grill, toys to play outside, and firepit for smores and stories.

We are pet friendly, we'd love to host up to two small dogs (under 25 pounds).

You will have access to the entire home, with exception of the owner's closet. There is a lockbox in the front of the door.

This is a family oriented neighborhood with many residents that live here full time, please be respectful during late hours. The homeowners also live a block away. We are centrally located within a mile from the Big store, Island Liquor, and a couple of the top restaurants - go enjoy the sunset!

With a $10 pass you can get at the Big Store, you can park your car, truck, golf carts at the beach. Reach out for local recommendations!
