The Cottage

One of our most popular tiny houses, this quaint tiny home is filled with charm. A large deck with a seating area makes The Cottage perfect for relaxing after a long day of experiencing all that Orlando has to offer. This tiny home comfortably sleeps three adults, or two adults and two small children. Steps from the lake on the community's large lawn, this house gives you the opportunity to easily enjoy our amenities. During your stay, take advantage of Florida lake life! We encourage all guests to take advantage our FREE kayaks and paddle board rentals as well as our yard games, hammocks, fire pit, propane grill, volleyball, cornhole and fishing gear upon request. Turn your tiny home experience into big fun on the lake! **This tiny house is NOT PET friendly** The space The Cottage has a large deck, with a table for four, overlooking the lake, barbecue area down by the fire pit. Inside there's apartment size refrigerator, a propane cooktop with four burners, microwave and all utensils and cooking supplies. there's a full bathroom shower toilet sink etc. Downstairs there's a bedroom with storage and a place to hang your clothes. Also a comfortable queen size bed. On the other side of the house there's a loft with another queen size bed upstairs. Also the couch pulls out into a sleeper. ** This house is pet friendly with an additional $40 fee (pet fee collected separately after booking through the AirBNB resolution center) Guest access Each tiny house has a secure combination door. Fun stuff to access: Enjoy the lake on the paddleboard or a tandem kayak also we have 2 single kayaks (all free!). We also have many of games to play on our field. Feel free to go fishing on two of our fishing docks (fishing poles available). There is also an on-site guest/resident coin laundry. Other things to note Celebrating something?
