The 48 m² one-room apartment accommodates two people. The apartment has a new box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a couch and a small kitchen. A TG parking space and a balcony/terrace are included. Other things to note The vacation apartment Panoramablick is located on the ground floor of the apartment building right next to the specialist clinic Enzensberg in Hopfen am See. From the spacious south-facing balcony of the comfortable 1-room apartment you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the Allgäu mountains and the castles. Directly behind the house, many hiking trails and the Hopferauer Forest begin. The Faulensee with its cozy, managed Faulenseehütte and sunbathing lawn as well as the Hopfensee are also within walking distance. The waterfront promenade on Lake Hopfen with its numerous restaurants as well as a boat rental and mini golf invites you to stroll. A bus stop is right next to the house. From here you can start excursions to other villages or to the numerous mountains, e.g. Tegelberg, Breitenberg or Buchenberg. The festival hall in Füssen with its musicals is 5 km away. Ski and bike rental Flori is located at the end of the village. The apartment has a sleeping alcove in which there is a 1.60 x 2.00 m new box spring bed. In the open living and dining area you will find enough space for a relaxing vacation. The backrests of the sofa are adjustable and the ottoman can be folded into an armchair. Smart TV (including Netflix access with your own account) and cable TV provide entertainment. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for everyday needs. You will find a filter coffee machine and also a fully automatic coffee machine. From here you have access to the balcony with a view. You can park your car comfortably in your parking space in the underground garage. The total price includes final cleaning and linen and towels.
