Peaceful Island Home

Enjoy all that North Haven has to offer while relaxing on the private deck in the backyard. In 15 minutes or less you can ride your bike to Mullen's Head park and enjoy the beaches or put your kayak in the water. My house is located on 5 private acres surrounded by fields and hardwood trees. Most renters report how much they enjoy the quite yard, big private back deck and hammock. The deck is a great place to relax with coffee in the morning or have a bbq. This is a great house for a family or two couples. The house does have a separate studio apartment that is currently rented year round to a very private older gentleman named Dave. The apartment has a separate entry and is separated by a mud room. Dave heads off island every weekend, and works very long days when on island. Most renters say that they never see him. The wall between the main house and studio is 12”thick and very insulated, so sounds is not a issue.
