Private room-800 sq foot private downstairs area, with private entrance/exit 8 steps from driveway. Half bath with shower (shared) shower available upstairs (10 steps). Small sized fridge, as well as new full size mattress and 2 twins. Guest will also have access to TV (all movie channels), Wi-Fi, books and games. Due to remote location, we have satellite internet, so streaming is not available. Cot and sleeping bags are available to additional preapproved guests. We will be happy to help and participate in planning your day's events. Perfect for if your group is staying at one of the four campsites just off of Highway 3, but you have someone who prefers to be indoors. There are fishing guides. cafes, river rafting, and marina rentals and hiking. We are specially located within the beautiful Trinity National Recreation Area next to Trinity Alps Wilderness Area, & Trinity Lake at the base of Granite Peak. Lake is accessible from nearby launches, campgrounds and day use areas. Trinity Lake, third largest in CA, is near capacity. Like day hikes? This is the place. Multiple hikes are available to surrounding mountain lakes. Nearby Trinity Center and Weaverville have airports to fly in and tie down. Marinas on the lake offer all types of rentals. Located on a ridge above the Trinity lake, we provide a quiet and exclusive neighborhood with a paved road. We can offer a small amount of fruit, coffee, eggs, waffle or pancake mix so you can start your day off right. Getting around In Weaverville there is public transportation to Hayfork, Willow creek, and Redding. We are always willing to help plan out any trips as well. Other things to note Any health or dietary needs, we can provide a very supportive environment. Prior to visit disclose what kitchen, storage use you would like. Boat and RV storage available. Trinity County has a 5% Transit Occupancy Tax (TOT) this is independent of vacation rentals by owner charges, and is due at time of check in. We have pick up available.
