NOTE: Approx 80 stairs down to the beach. 2024 there is still beach. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. SLEEPING SPACES To accommodate a big group, the house sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms… -- Main Floor Bedrooms -- Bedroom 1:Queen bed with private bathroom. Overlooks the beautiful lake. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds -- Lower Level Bedrooms -- Bedroom 4: Queen bed Bedroom 5: Roomy with Queen bed and 2 Single beds Sharing the lower level 3 piece bathroom EXTRA'S at the cottage include Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, and SmartTV. We especially love the outdoor gazebo offering shade without detracting from the lake views. And of course the sunset deck!! Other things to note Primary renter must be 25yrs old and provide government issued photo id All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Max 1 Dog is Allowed Linens are available for $20/per person.
