The little house is a cute 850 sq ft. cottage. Staying here allows you to park your car and have a perfect beach vacation Nickle Plate beach is 1/10th of a mile away. A block and a half walk or you can drive to the park. ( 6 dollar parking fee) We have restaurants,grocery, and more all within walking distance, events each weekend. Cedar Point 11 miles away. Island Ferries within 30 min drive good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with young kids). The little house is 'cozy' . Queen, a double, a twin upper bunk bed and rack style bunks. one bathroom 6 grown people need to be close to stay comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked. washer and dryer The whole of the little house is yours to enjoy privately while you stay. The outside space shares a backyard you are welcome to play in. The fire-pit and bikes are also part of the rental use. My house sits on the same property. However, I do my best to respect your privacy. The neighborhood is tucked onto the shoreline community near Nickel Plate Beach. It is a safe and friendly place to visit and stay. We have the SandBar, Berardi's, Marconi's and IGA grocery, and DrugMart just around the corner...all within walking distance. Nickel Plate beach is a short walk from the house. (one and a half blocks) The local attractions are all short drives away. Sometimes the traffic get heavy going to Cedar Point as to be expected. Other than that it is easy getting to the larger cities of Cleveland and Toledo if you desire. There is cab service, limited Uber The driveway is shared with the front house. 2 cars can be parked easily. Arrangements can be made if more parking is needed. NON smoking ----of anything (vape, bowl, candles) indoors! There will be an extra cleaning fee if you choose to smoke indoors. Smoking on the patio is fine. no pets of any kind are accepted -$100 fee assessed if you bring an undisclosed pet.
