This Island Home, is located on the western end of SGI features an open living and dining concept with 3 bedrooms, a bunk room and 2 baths all on one level for good ole family gathering! The King master, and two bedrooms with Queen sized bed, the three bedrooms open out on to the back deck. The bunk room has a bunkbed and a single bed, and is located just off the kitchen area. Relaxation is a given with views of the SGI bridge and the Bay beyond from the open decks and a large screen porch just off the living room! Walking to the Bay is just a quick 3 minutes and Beach access is just over 2 blocks to the 11th street beach access. There is even a fish cleaning station and outdoor shower! We have a golf cart, a 2 person kayak and a paddle board for your enjoyment!
