Other things to note House Rules: -Must be 30 or over to book. -This is a totally non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere on premise, indoor or outdoor, will result in the complete loss of security deposit. -We strictly abide the good neighbor policy. Your full security deposit will be at risk if we have an incident with the police or neighbors. Absolutely no street parking, excessive noise, music or parties are allowed at this property. Outdoor quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Outdoor surveillance and noise protection monitoring are in use at this property. -We are sorry but we DO NOT ALLOW animals of any kind at the property. The Owner has severe allergies to pet dander and per hair. Therefore there is a “No Pet” policy in place for this property. The law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/ assistance animal for medical or metal purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the law. No events, parties or large gatherings. No Garage access.
