This will require you to provide an occupancy and ages of all guests staying, uploading your ID/Driver's License, upload a selfie, and agree to our terms and conditions. Refusal to complete this required step, will result in cancellation of your reservation. The space 2 bedroom, 2 bath GULF FRONT CORNER UNIT!  Beautiful newly remodeled 2/2 large corner unit with fabulous views of the gulf.  No crowded beaches and no waiting for elevators in this low density building.  Located across from Big Kahuna water park and walking distance to breakfast, lunch and dinner!  Its located on the 6th floor so you can see into the water and watch the dolphins play.  Enjoy all the comforts of home with 3 TV's, 2 of which are Smart TV's and has 2 DVD players.  Sleeps 8 - has a King bed in the master bedroom 2 Full beds in the guest bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room.   Professionally decorated with all new (2018) stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, countertops, cabinets, flooring, paint...too much to name. Guest access You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. (Some navigation systems use 842 Harbor Blvd.). If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the breezeway. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
