The well-appointed bedrooms feature a king, queen, and two bunk beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for the family. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, silverware, and essential kitchen items. A full-size washer and dryer in the large laundry room add to the convenience of your stay. For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st require a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations are available for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates Additional Information: Parking Passes are necessary and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. A "starter set" of essentials is included in the reservation. Policies: Rental applicants must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. No Pets are allowed.
