This exclusive home is in Southtown, an area a few blocks south of SA’s most visited tourist attractions and nationally recognized for its emerging food & bar scene. Whether you’re in search of beer, wine, cocktails, upscale dining, or a casual encounter Southtown is the place. The interior was thoughtfully, intentionally and professionally designed to provide you w/ a 1st class experience. This craftsman style home has an amazing open layout and can cater to a unique family gathering. This house is located within 2 miles of the Riverwalk downtown area, the Southtown neighborhood (lots of unique and artist places) and Towers of America. If you are not interested in visiting the downtown area feel free to soak in the oversized tub found in the master suite or snuggle up to watch a great movie on our 65" screen TV. When you finally work up an appetite for an authentic meal try one of the many restaurants located within blocks of the house. Highspeed internet throughout the house! When you book your listing you will have access to the living area as well as the back yard. Nathan and myself are here to provide the best experience for all of the people who stay at our home. The house is located in a perfect location for someone who wants to experience the San Antonio lifestyle. We are close to the freeway, allowing easy access to and from the city. We are within eyes distance of the Alamodome and Towers of America and walking distance to multiple restaurant. If you decide to drive your vehicle, we have a small driveway behind the house. There is also street parking, which is normally available and the easiest to use since you will enter/exit through the front door. We have found that the cheapest and easiest way to get around the San Antonio area would be Uber or Lyft. There are also scooters you can rent through an app around the downtown area. Since this house is located in a small development we ask that you be respectful of our neighbors. No parties or outdoor activities after 9pm.
