Cleaning Fee $230 We do not have Central Air-conditioning. The Poconos in general have cooler nights and days and our home is higher on the mountain than most. We do provided a very effective window air conditioner, located on the second floor. The unit keeps the home very cool on the occasional very hot day. The AC unit is install from memorial day until labor day. Please provide all required information three days before arrival to prevent $115 late fee from the community's office.
