Description

Family friendly house in the mountains of Western NC. The home has been referred to as being like going to your grandparents, which means it is lived in, and we hope you'll be comfortable making yourself at home. Home is a part of a small subdivision, but sits on 1 acre for plenty of privacy. Easy access to highways. 20 minute drive to Asheville and 25 minute drive to ski areas. We are pet friendly, so the house might not be the best fit for families with pet allergies. The space Our modest family friendly house is great for people visiting nearby Asheville, Wolf Laurel, or Mars Hill. The home features three bedrooms and has several amenities for families including a pack and play, click on high chair and a small collection of toys and books. Guest access Guests will have access to home including outdoor spaces and laundry machine/ dryer. Other things to note Our neighborhood is an area where the homes are on 1 acre lots, so while there is plenty of space, there are also neighbors in close proximity. Our nearest neighbor does have an outdoor dog who has been known to bark and rooster.
