Sea Turtle Coastal Cottage This adorable beach cottage is in the secluded North Beach Area in Vilano Beach, situated a few blocks from the Ocean. It is between the Atlantic Ocean and the intercostal waterway which connects the quiet tranquil Vilano Beach community to the city of St Augustine. CDC cleaning/disinfecting guidelines are maintained. Inside the Home After arriving and stepping on the quaint front porch, you can begin to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening underneath the cooling fans. The beach house is an open floor plan with a living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook and gather with family and friends. The dining table seats six, with three additional seats at the kitchen counter top. The living room is an inviting and cozy space with a 65 inch Samsung smart TV, desk, large sofa, large comfy chair with ottoman, and large windows allowing natural light. There are many board and card games for all ages. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Master bedroom has King size bed, 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The two bathrooms have a full size shower. A full size washer and dryer are inside the home. Outside the Home There is an enclosed Outdoor Shower with hot and cold water. The home's private hot tub is professionally serviced regularly. The Outdoor Kitchen is supplied with a mini fridge and a gas grill for grilling your catch of the day, burgers, steak, etc. Outdoor dining consists of a large table with a full bench, 4 chairs and 4 bar stools at the the concrete bar top. There is a cooler for drinks and such, just add the ice. In addition to the concrete counter tops for prepping your outdoor meals, there is a prep station cabinet on wheels. The kitchen is supplied with all the grilling utensils needed as well as eating and serving utensils. Place mats and cutting mats are in storage drawers. Cleanup is a breeze as you have a kitchen sink. Also located in the storage drawers, you have a double burner hot plate, you can place on the concrete counter tops, and keep foods warm. A Chimenea is on the open air section of the patio, with four chairs and a round storage table, make your S'more's in the open flame. During the colder months you have an outdoor Patio Heater. A 50 Amp charging station is available for those with EVs at no additional cost. For the Beach The "beach shed" contains an array of supplies from boogie boards and games to beach chairs and umbrellas, sand shovels and pales, to name a few. Inside the home laundry closet is an Igloo cooler as well as beach towels and blankets. The best of both worlds is here at the Sea Turtle Coastal Cottage, 5 minutes to the gorgeous ocean beach, 1 minute to incredible sunset views at the intercostal. For groceries and more it's a few minutes' car ride to Publix Supermarket. The famed Caps on the Water restaurant is a stone throws away from the the beach house, where you can sit for dinner and/or drinks and watch the boats go by. If Mother Nature is cooperating you will see some of the most beautiful sunsets. If you are an early riser, you can head to the Ocean side and catch a beautiful sunrise and later that evening you can capture the sunset. Heading to the historic district to our Nation's Oldest City, is 6 miles away. With all its history, as well as restaurants and entertainment, you can expect to have a wonderful time visiting St Augustine and staying at the Sea Turtle Coastal Cottage. The entire cottage is for guests. The complete outdoor kitchen and Jacuzzi complete the outdoor areas. Available by text and I do make every effort to respond quickly. Caps on the Water restaurant is conveniently located across the street. A golf cart ride or walk to the beach which is 500 yards away, as well as having the intra-coastal 100 yards away. Cleaning between guests stays are completed with CDC guidelines. Stays booked for 3 weeks or more will have complimentary cleanings during their stay. Cleanings are on or about every 10 days. There is a 3 ring binder Guest Book, that helps with information such as Wifi and passwords, combination lock codes, beach access route, golf cart, Jacuzzi information, and more details on the cottage and area to make your stay enjoyable.
