Casa Baja is a custom-built vacation rental home located in the La Hacienda community of San Felipe, designed as an ideal getaway for six to eight guests. Featuring a unique multi-level design that maximizes the surrounding landscape, this property offers two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Spacious Bedrooms and Layout The extra-large master bedroom provides a relaxing haven with plenty of floor space and an expansive walk-in closet with tons of storage for your luggage and travel gear. A private sliding glass door in the master bedroom leads you directly out onto a lower patio where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful morning views. Upstairs Living Area and Kitchen Head on upstairs to the upper level to find the fully equipped kitchen and main living room. The living room features a wide-open floor design that is fantastic for entertaining your group. It comes furnished with highly comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite TV hookup. For extra flexibility, the main living room sofa includes a Queen-size pull-out bed that easily accommodates two guests. Rooftop Deck with 360-Degree Views One of the absolute best features of Casa Baja is the expansive rooftop deck, which is fully equipped for ultimate outdoor entertaining. Up on the deck, you will find a convenient wet bar, a built-in charcoal barbecue grill, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace perfect for those cooler desert nights. It is the perfect excuse to head into town, buy some fresh local fish or steak, and try out your chef skills on the grill while enjoying spectacular 360-degree views of the enchanting Sea of Cortez and the surrounding San Pedro Mártir Mountain Range. Please note that this home does not include community swimming pool access. Secure Community Access Card Policy To ensure your peace of mind and safety, the La Hacienda community entrance gates remain closed and secure at all times. Only registered residents and authorized guests have access to enter the community by scanning a special electronic card. Upon your arrival, you will be issued two access cards for your unit. The resort requires a 50 dollar cash deposit for each card, totaling a 100 dollar deposit, which is 100 percent fully refundable to you when you return the cards at check-out. Important Rental Rules and Notes For long-term monthly rentals, please note that all utilities are extra and billed separately based on actual guest consumption. This includes electricity, water, propane gas, and the satellite TV subscription service. Other things to note The meeting point for this rental is the MySanFelipeVacation office. From here I will provide you with check-in instructions. All the check-in details will be in the arrival information email. Please check the bed configurations to ensure it meets your needs.
