With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of restaurants and bars that can not be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can not go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles from the FLL to Hollywood beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). ●Pack and Play Crib available upon request. ●We are a pet-friendly property. Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!) ● Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property ●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations. However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned.
