Perfect for family or friend gatherings, the house can accommodate 10 people, each room has a magnificent view and premium bedding. The rental is not suitable for groups looking for partying, loud music and excessive drunkenness. They would be disappointed with their weekend ;-) ID card required. The space Very pleasant charming villa of 250 m2, recently renovated, ideally located within the private domain of the Golf /Tennis Club of VALESCURE. Exceptional view of the Estérel massif. This villa is 5 kilometers (10 min drive) from the center of Saint Raphaël and the beaches. Land planted with Mediterranean species, secure pool with electric curtain, set of outdoor terraces. We fell in love with this bright villa that enjoys a rare view of the Estérel and the umbrella pines. Our house offers superb volumes and we have decorated it in a modern, soft and warm style. The bedding is of a high level of comfort with a Tempur brand box bed base in each room to store your luggage or any other personal belongings you wish to store there. Garden Level: - Air-conditioned double room on one level, two beds of 90. Upon request this room can be transformed into a double room with a 180 cm bed. - Double bedroom on the ground floor, 160 cm bed. - A shower room is available for these two bedrooms. - A separate toilet This level gives access to the secure 5 m by 10 m swimming pool equipped with a submerged shutter. Several deckchairs with ottomans will welcome you to relax. A large Italian umbrella of four meters by three will protect you from the sun. A petanque area is arranged below with a large table for lunch in the shade of the olive trees. 1st Floor: - Air-conditioned double room with terrace, 160 cm bed, private shower room and separate toilet. - Large living-dining room. This room is equipped with a fireplace and a good quality upright piano. - Kitchen adjoining the dining room, perfectly equipped. - A back kitchen also serving as a laundry room - A large toilet 2nd floor: - Air-conditioned double bedroom with terrace, 160 cm bed - Air-conditioned double bedroom with terrace, 160 cm bed. This room is also equipped with a desk. - A shower room is available for these two bedrooms with toilet. The Villa is equipped with WIFI to PARNASSE standards allowing the best of WIFI in every part of the house or outdoors. There is a printer and scanner under the stairs. A large parking lot at the entrance of the property allows you to park two cars, it is a turning area. Two paddleboards are also available as an option. Linens (towels and bath sheets) are provided. The beds are ready upon arrival. A complete preparation of the villa will be carried out upon arrival and an end of stay cleaning is included in your rental. In addition, a cleaning service can be offered more regularly at your discretion. A concierge system is set up to accompany your rental. The concierge will be the person who will welcome you and will be at your disposal for all your specific requests or procedures (boat rental, cook, pianist for an evening, babysitter...). All these services are optional and are available when you book or on site. Guest access In 2019, we installed bodyguards for greater safety. The air conditioners in the rooms work perfectly and are new. At the beginning of 2020, we are making major improvements in the garden to expand the terrace space. We also hope to build a tree house for the children! Other things to note Four bedrooms come with a reversible air conditioner. The last bedroom, at the pool level, is cool. All have their terrace offering a rare view for the region. The bedding is very comfortable. It is equipped with 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, and four toilets.
