The space All of the apartments have a slightly different lay-out which makes them unique. The building is located right next to various local restaurants and bars, but because of the good isolation and the location of the garden, it still is very calm, inside as well as outside. Guest access The apartment itself always have a private entrance and a private terrace. The patio and the garden with pool are accessible for everyone who stays with us. Other things to note Since we wanted to preserve as many original elements of the building as possible, such as the authentic staircase hall, we have no lift and all flats are only accessible by stairs.
