This penthouse stands out as our best apartment thanks to its luxurious interior design and excellent views of the city. It is accessed by a large entrance hall that opens onto an open living-dining room full of windows with furniture carefully chosen for its design and comfort. Chester model sofa, a bright desk, 50" SMART TV, all equipped in detail, as in the most complete home. The dining room, for 6 people, communicates through a centuries-old Chinese lattice with a fully equipped designer kitchen (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker, dryer, iron, kettle) and utensils. The master bedroom is a jewel of space, light and personality. It has a king-size bed with the possibility of converting into 2 separate beds, a 32”TV screen and an integrated bathroom with elements by Philippe Starck, with a bathtub for total relaxation and a large shower for your comfort. The second bedroom, also exterior, has a queen size bed and, like the main one, large built-in closets and direct access to a bathroom with a large shower, where you can find hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, as well as hydroalcoholic gel wipes and a hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is fully available for guests.
