Come enjoy our wonderful home on a beautiful, private 600 acre lake. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath lake house is a perfect family or friend getaway. The house is located on Cowpen Lake in Hawthorne, FL located 30 minutes from University of Florida. House is on 2 very private acres with plenty of parking. Cowpen Lake is a spring fed, clear lake great for boating and fishing. Bass, bream, gar, crappie and catfish can all be caught from the dock. Our property also has a 4 acre small fishing pond that is perfect for kids. Boats can be launched from shore with ease. Pet friendly. The property is completely fenced in. There is a 2018 Harris Pontoon Boat available to be rented during your stay. Ready and in the water with a full tank of gas to enjoy the lake!! Bedrooms/Bathrooms (3Bed/3Bath, Optional 4th Bedroom, see below): Master Bedroom - Queen Bed with own master bathroom Upstairs Room 1 - 2 Single Beds (Jack and Jill Full Bathroom) Upstairs Room 2 - 2 Single Beds (Jack and Jill Full Bathroom) Extra Full Sized Bathroom downstairs off the living room area as well. Optional Room 4 - The Master Bedroom is connected to an Office where there is an EZ Bed pop up Queen Air Mattress that can be utilized for extra sleeping. There are a couple of couches that are comfortable to sleep on as well. House sleeps 6 comfortably, but can sleep up to 10.
